When you make a reservation through the website with credit card payment, your reservation will be completed when the credit card payment is finalized.

For advance payment by credit card, payment is made by credit card at the time the reservation is made online.
If the conditions are different from those above, the conditions will be stated on the product information page.

Due to the nature of the accommodations and services, no refunds will be made after the stay.

If you wish to change the reservation, please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation. 14 days in advance will incur a cancellation fee.　

Cancellation fees are charged for cancellations made 14 or fewer days prior to arrival.
